Anahata Therapy Why Hypnotherapy?

We all want to be happy and lead a fulfilled life, but instead, more often than not, we end up experiencing challenging life situations either in the form of health issues (physical, mental and emotional), financial or relationship issues. Perplexed with such odd situations, we stare with blankness and ask ourself as to – Why this has happened to me? Why do we experience such unpleasant life situations through such episodes, when we consciously want to lead a smooth and peaceful life?

It is an axiom, that what is in the sub-conscious gets executed in real life at an appropriate time. It is the programming of the sub-conscious mind which influences the better part of our life’s experiential journey. This programming mostly freezes by the age of 7 years and then determines the kind of experiences we attract for the remainder of our life, (until addressed and healed).

“Once the sub-conscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it.”

The good news is, that if we are willing, we do have the power to re-program the sub-conscious mind through the process of Hypnosis – which means we can change our life for the better.

One of the ways to change the programming of the sub-conscious mind is through the process of hypnosis, which helps us LOOK DEEPER into ourselves. Hypnosis is a method to work on and alter the sub-conscious programming in order to change our life for the better. It could be addressing unhealthy patterns in career, relationships, health issues or addictions. All this can be resolved through the process of hypnosis.

“To shift your life in a desired direction, you must powerfully shift your sub-conscious.”
