About The Therapist

Trisha Kaushik, is an engineering graduate from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (NIT), Bhopal. She has over 7 years of work experience in a Leading Public Sector Enterprise - Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bharatnatyam from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh.

Trisha started showing a keen interest in the ways of subconscious mind – how it works and heals, while she was pursuing her Engineering from NIT Bhopal.

While life seemed to be on track with a decent job on the one hand, fairly well balanced with her passion for classical dance on the other, she was nonetheless experiencing some health issues, which were not getting resolved through conventional medicine.

Thus, she set out on a quest in search of an alternate, solid, reliable and a more permanent solution for healing; and that is how she came across ‘Hypnotherapy’.

Not only were her issues resolved, but she also got inspired to pursue an education in Clinical Hypnotherapy, the successful completion of which was followed up with setting up her own Clinic – ‘ANAHATA - Look Deeper’.

She founded ANAHATA - Look Deeper in the year 2018, with the objective of helping others heal and benefit through this modality as well and has since helped numerous clients resolve various issues.

She is also a certified therapist in Access Bars - a lesser known yet very interesting and effective healing modality, greatly known for its efficacy for manifesting abundance.
